If you can't find an article in the Knowledge Base, it may be that one has not been created.  If you have suggestions for improving existing articles, you can provide those by clicking the "I did not find this helpful" link at the bottom of any article.  From here, you will be able to briefly describe what you feel is wrong or missing from the article.


If you find the article was helpful, you can click the "yes" option to record your approval.
