As of the date of this article, we don't support "roaming profiles" which means that your Outlook email settings do not follow you from station to station.  


There are a couple of options to allow you access to your email and calendar, 


  1. Contact the Help Desk, and ask that Outlook be set up on the new workstation.  You must have logged into the new workstation at least once before this task can be accomplished.

  2. Use Outlook Web Access (OWA), by surfing to the website https://mail.office365.com.  You will need to enter your complete email address and email password.  This web access is available anywhere you have an internet connection.
