In most cases, account lockouts will reset automatically if you wait one hour.  Fifty-nine minutes is -not- one hour; a failed login during the one-hour period will reset the wait time to sixty minutes.


If you are locked out, you can send a support ticket from your mobile device, or you can ask a co-worker to submit a ticket on your behalf.  Make sure they mention that it is YOU who is locked out.

 

One common way to get locked out is to reset your password on one system, while being logged in to another system at the same time.  This is why it is important to log out of any system when you have completed your task on that system.
